Privacy policy

This website is run by Magnetic Male Coaching ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the site, what we do with it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, which coaching option you are interested in and your message. The form is delivered to us through HubSpot, the contact management service we use.
• Bookings. If you book a call, you do it through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. Google collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy, and shares your booking with us.
• Technical information. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when, so it can keep the site running and secure.
• How you found us. A small cookie set by this site remembers how you first arrived, such as the link or campaign you followed and the page you landed on, for up to 90 days. It is sent with the contact form so we know which of our links work. It holds nothing that identifies you.

We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies to record the pages you visit and actions such as opening an offer, clicking the booking link or sending the contact form. Microsoft Clarity also records how you scroll and click, so we can see where a page is hard to use. This site does not use advertising cookies. If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask first, and none of these cookies (nor the "how you found us" cookie) is set unless you accept. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time:

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to arrange and hold coaching sessions you ask for, and to keep a record of our conversations with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect from the reason you gave it to us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run this site and our coaching: hosting, scheduling, email, contact management and analytics. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. Some of them process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data protection law, including the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your local data protection authority. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
