About
I'm not a guru. I'm the big brother you didn't have.
I coach men 1-on-1 on the things nobody teaches us: how to be confident without faking it, how to say what we want, how to hold a boundary, and how to stay steady when things get tense. I'm not coaching from a textbook. I've lived this.
Different from day one
My life started in the NICU. A visible scar, a funny-sounding name, learning at a slower pace. The bullying and frustration taught me anger and coping before I could name them.
Cancer at 19
Sophomore year of college, I dropped out to fight for my life. I've been cancer-free ever since, but chemo left scars you can see and scars you can't. My confidence hit a new floor.
Twenty years of chasing
Instead of healing, I numbed. Alcohol, drugs, overeating, toxic relationships. I chased everything I wanted and watched it run. That was my life for two decades.
Coaching changed the pattern
At rock bottom, with my last few dollars, I chose a coach over my favorite numbing behaviors. That support gave me the courage to walk away from what was destroying me and finally build a relationship with myself.
Now I coach the man I needed back then.
My work is shaped by Dr. Robert Glover's No More Mr. Nice Guy and David Deida's writing on the masculine and feminine. I don't teach games. I teach the inner work and the daily reps, and I stay with you between sessions so the work sticks.
